Edgewood Church is part of a world wide connection of United Methodists and an even wider universal Christian Church, the body of Christ.  As a local congregation Edgewood is a part of the Fargo Area Ministry Team and the Dakotas Conference.

Open Hearts

Edgewood UMC aspires to be a caring and nurturing community. We seek to proclaim the good news and live in the example of Jesus, creating a community of love, compassion, and forgiveness where people encounter God and are transformed and renewed by Christ’s love.  

Open Minds

Edgewood UMC aspires to be a community of understanding and learning.   We wrestle with life’s complicated questions by engaging scripture, seeking the wisdom of Christian tradition, honoring our own experiences, and using our ability to reason, while praying for guidance from the Holy Spirit.  Open Doors… Edgewood aspires to be a welcoming community of faith and action.  We invite all people into our community; into a relationship with Jesus Christ; and to grow together in faithful discipleship through education, worship, and prayer. We then challenge all to go out into the world in service, putting personal faith into action.
